EPA rules regaurding Lead

To all Amerimax Partner's:

We have received a great deal of questions regarding the EPA rules related to the

Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act (Title X). While Amerimax is not an authority on the subject matter of lead abatement and the new rules as they apply to you, we are learning how we can to help you become more educated. Below are some listed links and attached pdf's that we strongly advise all remodeling and retrofit contractors to become intimate with. The EPA Act noted above was put into law about three years ago and recently amended such that it impacts renovation work in pre-1978 homes that disturb more than 6SF per room inside the home.
