Kelley O'Cain — 5 star Jim with precision windows is amazing, always willing to help with any questions we have had. Very easy to talk to and love that he is not the pushy salesperson type, he tells you like it is and you get what he says you will get. The windows we have had done are great quality and look nice too! We live near a busy road with lots of semi traffic and the difference in having these windows is significant, we used to hear the traffic like crazy now it is barely noticeable. Also used to have to dust multiple times a day and now not even daily. The installers we have had are friendly, nice, and very conscientious about any messes they make. I have and will continue to recommend Jim and Precision for their quality work!
